Frist I would like to Start off saying Thank you to The Staff and Mgt Team for all there love and Support to my Family! I have been with this Team for almost 4-5 years and all the things people are saying about them is unreal to me,I have never had any of these thing to happin to my family! Im a Black single Mother on a fix income and they have gone out there way to help my family and My Extended family and friends!! Everyone has had some up and downs in there life!!!But I want to say thank you again for loving my Family!!!!!!! more

We have been renting a home through Camelia Realty for about 4 months. They were very helpful through the application and rental process. We had lost our house to foreclosure and were worried that no one would want to rent to us, but they made us feel comfortable about the situation. A few issues have come up since we moved in, and all were dealt with promptly. We just found out that the heater needs repair, and the heating company called back within 2 hours from my call to Camelia, and made an appointment for tomorrow morning. When we are ready to buy another house, I plan to work with them, as I feel they will listen to my needs and try to match me with the right house. more

I agree with the previous comments for Camellia Realty, Fairfield Office. Ever since I called over the phone the lady in the front desk was very rude. She doesn't have no phone etiquette nor in person. She is not the right person to work with on assisting people to look for housing. Her attitude its so depressing by simply asking her a question. They need to find another person to do a better job. I have heard this comments by other people. Now that I experience it myself it's sure a fact. When I turned in my application to apply through them she was so rude on saying things. I just felt like walking away. We would call to find out the status of the application and the same thing over and over no one would return our phone calls. Of course, if the lady on the front desk would answer she would always have an excuse of the status of the application with her ugly attitude and tone of voice. I don't recommend nobody to rent through them. They are the worst property rental company. more

The lady at the front desk is very rude she, at first when i walked in the place looking for an especific house to rent she was not really helpfull but it seemed like she was interested on my business. Now that I rent one of her properties and found some damages with the house when we tried to report the incident as the contract instructed. She responds with an amazing rudeness and she is so not friendly ive never seen her smile i can say she has yielled at me the few times that she has spoken to me by the phone this lady needs to change her attitude and stop threaten poeple about paying bill that do not correspond to the renters but the owners i do not have her name at this time but once i get it i will posted. If Camellia realty keeps this lady they are going to go out of bussines because she is RUDE!!!!!!!!!! Cons: Worst service Rude Rude RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

I've called and left voice mail messages several times this week. Unfortunately, this company has 2 properties I'm interested in. I guess my family, and our business is not important. more
