My husband was working in West Chester and had permission to park in the parking space for a small business. They towed my husband's car and would not release it even when the owner of the parking spot called irate to demand it be released. My husband had PERMISSION to park in that spot. How do they know that car didn't belong to the business owner? West Chester is a nightmare because of how they treat the good people that go there to shop and work. West End towing also lost our hubcaps and damaged our car and wouldn't do a thing about it when we went to get it out. I am considering filing a police report. They had no right to tow our car and then to damage it on top of that? Who do I contact to get some justice? This company better shut down! I hate West Chester!
