\r The vehicle your referring to being parked on private property, we were contacted by the property owner to remove the vehicle because it didn't belong there. This vehicle sat on our property for several days that's why you paid for storage which is a common practice in the towing industry. We have rent to pay for storaging your car. If my car was towed I would of picked it up asap but again I wouldn't park illegally because I respect the rights of property owners.\r This being said the vehicle that was towed has been left abandoned again on another property and that property owner stickered it and let it sit there for 3 days no one removed it so we were called to tow it. We are not predators we are providing a service to property owners. \r We are not a financial institution so we can not do payment plans. The reason I told you to get the H out of my office is because I'm a female and you were disrespecting me and I felt threaten Francis!!!\r SO GET YOUR INFORMATION CORRECT BEFORE YOU WRITE ABOUT SOMEONE OR A BUSINESS. more

PREDATOR TOWING PRACTICES STAY AWAY!!! The law states: This practice consists of towing cars which are legally parked in front of a business or parked in the business parking lot. These tows occur without the company's consent or the company requesting the tow. Victims of this practice pay exorbitant drop fees and release fees, usually demanded in cash. They are a blemish on the community. They won't work with students or those that unfortunately don't have a lot of money to pay the fees. Their solution is to leave the car and accumulate the storage fees. Even though you have made the mistake of parking illegaly it shouldn't mean that as a consumer you have to put up with disrespect and verbal abuse. In fact when offering to pay in thirds the reply was ""Get the H--- out of my office!!"""" Then promptly told her assistant to get the car before she decides to charge more. VERY BAD BUSINESS!! more

My husband was working in West Chester and had permission to park in the parking space for a small business. They towed my husband's car and would not release it even when the owner of the parking spot called irate to demand it be released. My husband had PERMISSION to park in that spot. How do they know that car didn't belong to the business owner? West Chester is a nightmare because of how they treat the good people that go there to shop and work. West End towing also lost our hubcaps and damaged our car and wouldn't do a thing about it when we went to get it out. I am considering filing a police report. They had no right to tow our car and then to damage it on top of that? Who do I contact to get some justice? This company better shut down! I hate West Chester! more

They don't even deserve the one star. They are the rudest people ever. They rip off students and even tow cars that they have no right to tow. Ever single employee I have ever met from them has been an absolute rude inconsiderate jerk. All they do is rob poor college kids. How they even defend making their living that way is beyond me. I have no idea how anyone can work for such a terrible company. more

This place is known for ripping off the students of West Chester University. They jimmed the window of my daughters car, and removed her parking pass and then towed her car. The cost for this was $200.00. How do you sleep at night when you a ripping off kids trying to get an education. more
