I had a horrible experience with this company. Customer service is severely lacking. They claim to have the best warranty around. Maybe this is true if you can get them to answer your warranty call, if not you're out of luck. On top of that, attempting to speak with the company President, John Taylor, is a futile effort, unless you have a fondness for being screamed at and demeaned.
As many other reviewers have stated, the positive reviews seem sketchy. On another board, one reviewer's screen name is Madnat2124. The company left a response with the screen name Madnatking2124. What are the odds? After this ""coincidence"" was questioned, the company screen name changed almost immediately.
