The staff was rude. They acted like they were doing me a favor by selling me a car. \r
I was supposed to be given back my deposit when I picked the car up 2 days after I gave them a check, but it was conveniently “locked in the vault”. In reality they had already CASHED IT. This was not our agreement.\r
Every time I call I’m sent to voicemail, and no one has ever called back. I did get a check from Nissan, but this was not our agreement. I would have been fine if someone just acknowledged me and apologized. \r
