I recently took my 1995 Nissan Sentra to Poughkeepsie Nissan. I had an appointment at 10am, was in the waiting room waiting for a ride until 12:30pm, and they didn't try to look at my car until 3:30pm. They called me to say they couldn't figure out how to start it. I had explained that there was a trick to starting it, but the service rep refused to try to start it, saying that he knew what to do. I ended up having to go in the following day when they opened (7:30am) and wait around until they were ready to take my car in, so I could start it for them. Finally they fixed my car, but it was hardly worth the long wait to get it taken care of.
