last Spring I purchased a camera and became a member. The camera was for a trip I was leaving on and the clerk did not put the camera in the correct box so I had no battery charger. I asked a friend to return it to the store and get a refund so i could purchase a new one while in California. Despite having the receipt, the store refused. I subsequently returned the camera and asked for the 25% off coupon to be restored. I had forgotten my card so they would not give me a new one. The clerk said to just tell them what happened the next time I wanted to use. Today I attempted to do so. Not only did the store refuse to do so, the manager accused me of fabricating the entire event. She admitted not having been part of any of the prior transactions but denied any conversations took place. I have been a customer of this store since it first opened and have always found the staff courteous and friendly. Not this time. I will never do business there again. And what is really insane is they have a coupon on their website. Unbelievable. And, the manger lost a huge sale as I was planning on purchasing their patio furniture. A $2500 tab. I only gave them one star as I cannot post this without selecting one more
