Jeff, the manager from the old Eagle Creek store was a real person that got to know his customers, we bought all of our furniture for our new home we build from your store. We miss the one in Eagle Creek but i know how times are.now we are buying alot from the sandy store. they have new managers, when we first started going there we had an issue with the old manager.. the new ones are great and all the employees are real friendly..I try and go every week or two just to look around... and usually leave with something.....I see that there was a problem with one of the customers please try them again because there is new managers there now, it could have been the old management that was responsible for the mishap......my husband give you a 5 star.......Tony & Wanda,,,,(Estacada)... we tell everyone to go there.......Jeff you made us believers........ more

last Spring I purchased a camera and became a member. The camera was for a trip I was leaving on and the clerk did not put the camera in the correct box so I had no battery charger. I asked a friend to return it to the store and get a refund so i could purchase a new one while in California. Despite having the receipt, the store refused. I subsequently returned the camera and asked for the 25% off coupon to be restored. I had forgotten my card so they would not give me a new one. The clerk said to just tell them what happened the next time I wanted to use. Today I attempted to do so. Not only did the store refuse to do so, the manager accused me of fabricating the entire event. She admitted not having been part of any of the prior transactions but denied any conversations took place. I have been a customer of this store since it first opened and have always found the staff courteous and friendly. Not this time. I will never do business there again. And what is really insane is they have a coupon on their website. Unbelievable. And, the manger lost a huge sale as I was planning on purchasing their patio furniture. A $2500 tab. I only gave them one star as I cannot post this without selecting one more

I have found some of the most amazing deals here. They carry all the Costco stuff but way less. I think they get the customer returns because some of the packages are open. If something isn't what you think when you get it home, they have a great 30 day return policy. All the electronics have a one year warranty. They really stand behind their products which is hard to find these days. No, it's not like a Macy's. Some of their products are not perfect but most are and they are all priced accordingly. I bought an lcd here about 2 years ago and I love it. It was nearly half of costco who was cheaper than everywhere else I checked. They carry everything and it's changing constantly. I heard they go to Costco everyday and fill the truck with all the returns people changed their minds on. Great Place.........a must go!! \r \r ps. the clothing prices are ridiculous. You will easily get four outfits for the price of one. All the big names too. Most all the clothes still have the original tags......... Pros: prices cannot be beat......period! more
