My wife and I take our children to Incredible Pizza frequently. We have discovered several fantastic employees, for example the blond woman who runs the ticket redemption shop is wonderful and bends over backwards to help us. However, we have also had some unpleasant experiences out there (not to mention the poor quality of the food and the ensuing tummy aches the next day) and at this point, those experiences are beginning to outweigh the positive and we are strongly considering not going back to this particular store. For example, there are two managerial figures who we've had bad experiences with. One, a short overweight man with dark hair, has been stopped by us several times to ask for help. He tells us that he'll go get someone to assist us with the particular issue we're dealing with and then proceeds to go hang out and chat with a group of employees. No one ever did come and help us either time, and when we finally went over, they said they had no idea we needed help and immediately helped us. On a third instance, they confirmed that he had indeed mentioned us to them, but rather than telling them we really did need help, he'd just treated the whole thing as a joke-that we were trying to cheat the company because their machine wouldn't give the promised tickets and we asked about it. We've gotten that attitude, that we're trying to cheat the company if we ask for fairplay and that the company stand by the advertised deal, several times both from this overweight man and from the man who appears to be the general manager of the place. His name is Michael and he's tallish, with dirty blond hair. My wife and I are Christians and the fact that IP advertises themselves as a Christian company is one of the reasons that we initially chose to go there. However, I believe strongly in honesty and respect toward others. The fact that IP, at least this particular one, employees false advertising on both their specials and the amount of tickets that their games give out makes me very unhappy. It is not something I would expect from a Christian company. Also, the fact that they treat their customers with such disdain when a machine that gives out the wrong amount of tickets is repeatedly brought to their attention is disturbingThere are some good employees, but when the management is as bad as it is at this store there's a real problem. . Our family will probably be switching to the Hickory Ridge store, even though it's a longer drive for us, in hopes of finding a better experience.
