We are in town for a baseball tournament. Thought this would be a great place to take the kids, so they could have some fun. We got the buffet, similar to Ci-Ci's pizza, not bad. MY 14 yr old plays a game that gives a chance to win an Ipad, Kindle, etc... He wins the Ipad, he is so excited! I am in disbelief! We hang around for about 30 more minutes, as we are leaving the manager runs up to us and says there is a problem. What??? Seems someone else said they won the Ipad, but it got ""stuck"". So they walk away from the machine to go tell the manager, (who does that?). So in a nut shell, they take the Ipad from my son, give it to the other people and basically tell us ""sorry about our luck"". They supposedly checked the cards and they said they played the machine before my son did. That does not mean they won it. When my son played the game the Ipad was not ""stuck"".
We thought that since it could not be proven that they won it and we had possession, then they needed to give the other people one also and deal with it. But no, they took the Ipad from my child and gave it to the other people. Horrible customer service from the manager and a shift leader, assistant??, not sure what her title was. There is way more details to the story, but I just think the manager could have handled better. He became very rude, would not let me examine the computer where they scan the cards, told me I could not go back into the game room and look. But he let the other people go. My son was crushed and all he could say is that we would have to leave.
The manager, a young smart mouthed kid was very rude. I thought that when I spoke with the General Manager/Managing Partner, I might get a bit more understanding. This guy proceeds to tell me the story that the manager told him and it is way, way different than the truth. Basically he said he believes his employee and not me. He would not even let me tell my side of the story completely. He kept interrupting me and telling me what his employee said. I told him his employee was a liar and that if they were a Christian based company they should get rid of that manager. He offered to ""host"" my family next time we come in. I live in Nashville, I will not ever be going back to that place.
