We have not received our furniture and we're looking at 15 weeks at best before USA Baby even receives the furniture in Richmond. There is still no delivery date estimated. USA Baby does not have their own delivery service, which may take an additional 2 weeks to schedule the furniture to Charlottesville. The Store Manager blames the furniture distributor and is unwilling to make any effort to accomodate us. We were told to drive from Charlottesville to pickup a loaner crib or portacrib. If we cancel our order, they will keep 50% of the sales price as compensation to cancel. Read your contract very well before you purchase the furniture, and under no circumstances pay in full when you order. USA BABY feels NOTHING is their fault.
