Its my turn, we're expecting a baby boy! So I looked up USA Baby and I found this site. All my friends have bought their nursery furniture from them and they all love it! So, based on their nurseries (they're beautiful!) and their comments, I agree! Everyone says they are the place to go for nursery furniture. But when I read anniegirl's comment, I just had to jump on this site - she is so right! Sites like this tend to spawn one-sided bitch secessions. I'm sure complaints are valid at times and other times (""the retailer hasn't received the product yet"" is a good one) they are unfair temper tantrums. Being a travel agent and having customers of mine read reviews on sites like trip advisor, it makes it very tough to recommend travel destinations. If you go by trip advisor, most every vacation destination (even the highend ones that I know through nearly 10 years of experience as being fantastic) has plenty of reviews that are poor. Long story short, if you want to evaluate the complaint - first evaluate the person doing the complaining.
