I sent in my vintage Gucci bag that needed some color treatment and to have the loop that holds the strap replaced as it had torn off. I found the Rago Brothers on the internet and assumed they would have some sort of experience considering how many companies they claim to work for. When I recieved my bag back I was FURIOUS. The stitching for the loop was uneven and not even a matching color! As for the recoloring, all I wanted was the worn corners touched up, but now I have a rock hard bag! It feels fake! Now I have to deal with my credit card company trying to stop payment. Hopefully Mr. Rago's sleazy charm wont win over American Express.
