17. ADT has yet to refund my $1032.78 due to a billing error (double billing) since 11/2006 through 11/2009. We have been a ADT customer since 1993 and makes no difference. I am due my refund, as acknowledged by ADT but still can not get my money back. However, I still getting bills because they had two accounts set up for us. Problem has been recognized by ADT for over two months. Also, they set up one of the accounts on automatice checking account withdrawal (which was the beginning of the problems), which we did not authorize (I have the original paper work when the upgrade was done in 11/2006) more
