Good: USAA Discount. Bad: The installation the salesperson scheduled while I listened in was for a Monday afternoon. I sat for 5 hours waiting for them to come only to find out they had scheduled another sales call NOT an installation. They scheduled me for the next day so I called that morning to make sure they were coming. I was transferred 5 times before I got to a person who even knew who I was. It took well over an hour just to find out I had an install scheduled.. Improvements: Lowering of monthly monitoring fees since essentially they do NOTHING except call you. YOU still have to call 911 if you need help quickly. Their installation is cheaper than some but they more than make up for it in outrageous monitoring fees!!. Other: As I said previously, I had to jump through hoops to get them to confirm an installation. If they had not (I believe on purpose) screwed up the first installation date, I would have cancelled within my 3-days but now they have made sure it is too late to do that so I am stuck for 2 years - DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID..
