After charging us $114 for a diagnostic, they still ""couldn't find the part"" so they couldn't fix it. My wife, who addressed concern that they didn't fix our car, was called rude by the manager. Fifteen minutes later, we found the part at O'Reilly's and had it installed by Jeff Flemming at Auto Maintenance Center, 621 Elm Street, who did for $50 wih a smile. I would NEVER go to Goodyear TAS again, not only because they cheated us but because they were diisrespectful to my wife, for which I WILL NOT stand.
