This was my first time to have anything done @ Sound of Tri-State and can say that I could not have been any more pleased with the entire experience. Beginning with my first phone call to schedule right to the demonstration of my new remote start. I mostly dealt with Kelle(?)@ the Kirkwood Highway location, he could not have been more professional and knowledgable the entire time. I will definitely refer friends and family.
