We should have just turned around and walked right out at the first meeting. As a bride meeting with all my different vendors, you really appreciate the respect they give you. You will NOT find that at Broadway Limousine. We walked into Joe's (the owner) office and was greeted by an extremely messy and disorganized space and an owner dressed in sweats-not at all what i would expect from the owner of a limo business.
We were assured the utmost professionalism of their staff of drivers and were even given a tour of his ""autograph room"" where he bragged about all his so-called ""happy celebrity customers"", i have to believe that's all a sham too.
the driver arrived at the hotel to pick up my husband and his groomsmen and used a paper map of WI to get to the church...umm ever heard of a GPS? he had no idea how to get to my parents house to pick up myself and my bridesmaids either, my husband was actually afraid he wouldn't get to us and i would miss my own wedding! Once we got to the church, the driver tried to shove his business cards in my face 10 minutes before i was due to walk down the aisle! Joe's reasoning for this was so that if we ran out of ice in the limo, i could call the driver and have him restock it during the ceremony....ummm...last i checked, the bride isn't so much worried about the ice in the limo, she's GETTING MARRIED during the ceremony.
at numerous points, our bridal party had to get their iphones out and prop them on the dash so that we could try and enjoy the ride as opposed to directing him. you would be better off calling a cab--they at least know where they are going. after all, thats the service you are paying for. the driver refused to drive anywhere near the speed limit and put us in SERIOUS JEOPARDY of ruining our very expensive plated dinner. i would never use this company nor recommend them to anyone, not even my worst enemy.
when we tried to call joe after returning from our honeymoon to fill him in on the ""professional service"" his staff provided to us, he pulled out every excuse in the book. and he REALLY can't handle criticism--he'll just hang up on you, and he assumes anyone who calls to complain is only looking for a refund!
Don't waste your time.
