DO NOT USE! I read some other reviews about how the driver/owner Joe was completely rude but we decided to use them anyways because our first meeting was pleasant. We should have listened because on our way home from a party with friends, we got pulled over. Turns out Joe called them and said we were too rowdy and that we threatened to kill him...are you kidding me?! We weren't talking to or about him. We were just talking, not singing, shouting or dancing like I've seen with other groups on a limo party bus! And we were just being responsible and avoiding drinking and driving. I was so upset and embarrassed and it ruined the rest of our night. And this was a bachelor/bachelorette party for my fiancé and I, which Joe was aware of when we rented the bus. This guy doesn't like people and it's very obvious how he treats paying customers, and shouldn't have a business driving around large groups. I'm SO glad we are using a different limo company for our wedding! more

My husband and I rented a limo from Joe, who said he was the owner of Broadway Limo. There were 6 of us (50-year olds), including a well-respected Milwaukee attorney and also well-respected CPA from a Brookfield firm, and their spouses, who were celebrating with me and my husband regarding the recent sale of my company. Toward the end of the evening, during our limo ride/rental, Joe, the owner of Broadway Limo, stopped the limo (an abrupt stop I might add) in the middle of the road, turned off the air conditioning (in 90 degree weather) turned to face us, and YELLED at us as if we were 5 year olds, for turning the Air Conditioning buttons and RADIO volume buttons UP AND DOWN TOO MUCH (?!?!?). He said he was ""about ready to kick us out of 'his' limo,"" and that he ""had 16-year olds rent form him that acted better than we did."" (NOTE: We were a group of 50-year olds; Joe did not give us 'his' rule book for the limo ride. He even showed us how to work the buttons in the back for air conditioning and stereo and told us to make ourselves at home.) We had to ask him 15 minutes later to turn the air conditioning back on (it was August). It was the MOST HUMILIATING day of my 49 years. We were supposed to be celebrating that evening and Joe ruined our evening and embarrassed me and my husband in front of PROFESSIONAL business acquaintances. We barely knew these people! Joe's actions were completely uncalled for, and Joe reacted VERY UN-PROFESSIONALLY. He obviously had other issues going on that evening and took his aggressions out on our group. I would NEVER recommend Broadway Limo to anyone, in fact I would discourage anyone from ever using them. NOTE: This was a $500 evening for us, (not cheap). We paid Joe every penny. This was a very expensive and very humiliating evening. more

I am a frequent traveler and use limousine services around the country. Broadway continues to be my choice when traveling out of Milwaukee or Chicago. Joe has the nicest cars and is always on time and courteous. Highly recommended. more

We should have just turned around and walked right out at the first meeting. As a bride meeting with all my different vendors, you really appreciate the respect they give you. You will NOT find that at Broadway Limousine. We walked into Joe's (the owner) office and was greeted by an extremely messy and disorganized space and an owner dressed in sweats-not at all what i would expect from the owner of a limo business. We were assured the utmost professionalism of their staff of drivers and were even given a tour of his ""autograph room"" where he bragged about all his so-called ""happy celebrity customers"", i have to believe that's all a sham too. the driver arrived at the hotel to pick up my husband and his groomsmen and used a paper map of WI to get to the church...umm ever heard of a GPS? he had no idea how to get to my parents house to pick up myself and my bridesmaids either, my husband was actually afraid he wouldn't get to us and i would miss my own wedding! Once we got to the church, the driver tried to shove his business cards in my face 10 minutes before i was due to walk down the aisle! Joe's reasoning for this was so that if we ran out of ice in the limo, i could call the driver and have him restock it during the ceremony....ummm...last i checked, the bride isn't so much worried about the ice in the limo, she's GETTING MARRIED during the ceremony. at numerous points, our bridal party had to get their iphones out and prop them on the dash so that we could try and enjoy the ride as opposed to directing him. you would be better off calling a cab--they at least know where they are going. after all, thats the service you are paying for. the driver refused to drive anywhere near the speed limit and put us in SERIOUS JEOPARDY of ruining our very expensive plated dinner. i would never use this company nor recommend them to anyone, not even my worst enemy. when we tried to call joe after returning from our honeymoon to fill him in on the ""professional service"" his staff provided to us, he pulled out every excuse in the book. and he REALLY can't handle criticism--he'll just hang up on you, and he assumes anyone who calls to complain is only looking for a refund! Don't waste your time. more
