The service was so bad here I would not use this place even though it is far more convenient for me than using the 'official' ups place on Frontier that is only open 8am-noon. I don't usually ship via UPS, but the item I was recently returning required it. I went to 30th and Arapahoe (same ownership as Baseline Rd.) and while there were 4 people behind the counter and only 1 other customer in the store, they still weren't helping me. When they finally did, they were rude, and when I had to run out to my car and return a minute later, everyone had dissapeared. I called out for someone and the only response was ""I""m taking a shipment""....to which I turned around and headed straight out of there. One guy tried running after me but I was over the terrible service and wondered if my package would even get to where it was supposed to. UPS would do well to talk to the owners of these two locations in Boulder because it is killing them. I will never go there again.
