UPS Store

Took in a box that I had sent to Boulder. SAME BOX Somehow it had grown and they insisted on charging me $100 more for what was now an oversized box. SAME BOX And they said it with a ""tough sh*t"" attitude. Avoid at all costs. more

This is the 3rd time these monkeys have screwed up mailing a pkg (which i paid $21.73 to send)on 12-19-11 and was told it would reach Sausalito Ca by 12-24. I was told I couldn't track the package although this could have made it UPS (p.o. box has an address ref.). Today is 12-28,so far as I know it's not there yet. 3rd time this outlet has ruined a special occasion for a dear friend of mine. more

The service was so bad here I would not use this place even though it is far more convenient for me than using the 'official' ups place on Frontier that is only open 8am-noon. I don't usually ship via UPS, but the item I was recently returning required it. I went to 30th and Arapahoe (same ownership as Baseline Rd.) and while there were 4 people behind the counter and only 1 other customer in the store, they still weren't helping me. When they finally did, they were rude, and when I had to run out to my car and return a minute later, everyone had dissapeared. I called out for someone and the only response was ""I""m taking a shipment""....to which I turned around and headed straight out of there. One guy tried running after me but I was over the terrible service and wondered if my package would even get to where it was supposed to. UPS would do well to talk to the owners of these two locations in Boulder because it is killing them. I will never go there again. more

I saw a help wanted sign at this store for around 3 months. I went in an despite the unfriendly looks from all the people (who happened to be all completely white) I asked the manager Dave if the position was still open. He said ""Many people recently left we need a full time and a part time."" I gave him a completed application and told him ""I'll work either."" He said he would call me and set up an interview, he never did. I went to the store a couple weeks later and he tried avoiding me. So I left. I called the next day and he told asked me what my availability was and if I would be free up until Christmas day. I was checked off on everything he wanted. He said again, ""I can't set up an interview date yet, let me call you back later."" The help wanted sign is still on the door and he still hasn't called me back nearly a month later. I have noticed that the only people that work there are completely white blond or brown hair people. Not even a bit of ethnic diversity. Don't send anything of value with them. I I paid $40.00 package and $35.00 insurance ($1000.00) value on my computer to ship it.Not only did they totally damage my computer so it is unuseable but I have now been fighting for over two months just to get refunded any money for it. They have required that I take photos of the box, write a letter to their main office, send proof of the value, proof of repair costs, etc etc . Meanwhile they shipped the computer all over the country saying they were having it inspected to confirm damage. No one ever returns my calls, they lie about when they would pick up, and I have often waited on the call center for over 30 minutes just to speak to some uncaring person.
