My live chat with Kelly Parker at 1pm turned into us purchasing the car we wanted by 5:30pm. My family needed to downsize our 2nd vehicle for better MPG and lower monthly loan payment. I spent an hour talking and test driving Jeeps with Tony Leovan at Walser Jeep in Hopkins, and never once did I feel any undue pressure to buy. I came back the next day and took one on an extended test drive, and met Simon, who was equally zero-pressure. In the end, I didn't end up buying, but only because I wasn't yet ready to trade my car. I have purchased at this dealer and at another Walser dealer. In each case, I did my research and decided the price I wanted for my trade. They do a "no haggle" approach for trades as well as sales. In one case they came within $30 of what I thought was fair and in the other case they came in $200 over what I was hoping for. I love the no-pressure no-haggle approach. I also really like the waiting area for service. I know this sounds odd, but it makes a difference to have a kids play room, coffee, internet etc. I haven't had service beyond oil changes yet, but so far, so good on that. more

I went in looking for a Jeep Compass and had several questions. I was approached by the GM Jason whom brought Tony Leovan over to assist. Tony was professional, had the knowledge of the vehicle and listened to what I wanted. Then Tony went to work to locate the vehicle in their inventory. Tony took time to bring 2 vehicles up front and the allowed me to choose. We went for a test drive and then to finalize the sale. To all MINI VAN buyers: My wife and I realized 10 days before the birth of our third child that 3 car seats in a row didn't work. We searched all across the metro. 7 days, 10 dealers looking for the best value in MINI VANS. WALSER HOPKINS Chrysler/Dodge was by far the value and the best climate to shop. Their Vans were loaded with excellent safety features and all the needs for young kids, and priced lower than any other dealer. There was no guessing with their "best value price" labeled on all vehicles. We worked with TONY Leovan and felt NO pressure in fact it was the opposite he educated us with what the different types of vans offered and lead us to the best value. TONY even stayed late with us one night when we had a baby sitter to allow us to test drive the vehicles. At other dealers we felt pressure and found we could only get a stripped down model in our price range. At WALSER Hopkins we found a loaded van brand new in our price range. Tony explained every feature clearly to myself and my wife before we drove off the lot. We had been pre-approved with a rate of 3.0 before we started shopping and MITCH the general manager got us an even lower rate! My wife and I are very tight with our money and had never bought a new VAN together. We couldn't have been more pleased. more
