In the search for a great Italian restaurant in ATL we found Valenza. No wait on a Friday night, although I bet that will change as word gets out, good service (maybe a little too efficient, had food before we had even finished our first glass of wine), delicious pasta. I ordered the Papparedelle and it was amazing. The spaghettini (spaghetti and meatballs) was not as good, mainly because the sauce was a little too simple and not very tomatoey. Wine selection was good. We didnt get a salad but we saw many to other tables that looked fresh and yummy. We will definately come back here.
