Avoid this Limo provider. In making reservations you reserve a car at ""hourly rate"" plus city and fuel charges AND automatic 18% gratuity that you are not presented with any means to give a gratutity that you feel is deserved. On the phone they tell you they charged a ""flat rate"" to the airport, though you booked by the hour. To the Better Business Bureau they tell that they billed you by the hour based on ""what google maps"" indicates is the time it will take - but apparently they also DOUBLE that when there are TWO passengers. So, exactly where does the ""hourly rate"" I booked come in?! The driver was late to pick us up and in addition, deliberately ran two red lights within the first five miles in the limo. Horrible company to work with - I will NEVER use or recommend them again! more
