Avoid this Limo provider. In making reservations you reserve a car at ""hourly rate"" plus city and fuel charges AND automatic 18% gratuity that you are not presented with any means to give a gratutity that you feel is deserved. On the phone they tell you they charged a ""flat rate"" to the airport, though you booked by the hour. To the Better Business Bureau they tell that they billed you by the hour based on ""what google maps"" indicates is the time it will take - but apparently they also DOUBLE that when there are TWO passengers. So, exactly where does the ""hourly rate"" I booked come in?! The driver was late to pick us up and in addition, deliberately ran two red lights within the first five miles in the limo. Horrible company to work with - I will NEVER use or recommend them again! more

If you want a NORMAL limo company go elsewhere. I was on my personal phone talking to my friend and the limo driver who was also the owner told me that I needed to speak more like a lady on the phone...my question is why was he evesdropping on my personal telephone call? So this man lectured me and told me that I was no lady. The last time I remebered I was paying a limo service for just that, not a lecture. So if you want a lecture on how you act as an ADULT and how your parent's raised you this is a great place otherwise go somewhere else. Also the brakes on the car were bad and we almost hit 2 other cars or either the owner and driver were to elderly to be driving.
