I was satisfied with the service experience. Not only with the customer service, but also with the service department. They looked at the car I brought in to trade and they were fair with their offer. It was fast and convenient. I was also pleased with the follow up that this dealership gave me. At Russel Mazda they take the customers needs into consideration and even sent us a Christmas card after we purchased our car. I would recommend this dealership to my friends.
