I especially was impressed that my service advisor and the mechanic took the time to ride in the vehicle with me for a few minutes so I could show them what I was hearing. They were able to diagnose and fix it after that. more

It certainly is more convenient 8/27/2010

First, I would like to thank you for finally changing the times that you perform oil changes and other small services. It certainly is more convenient to be able to bring your car in for a 3pm oil change when you are a working person yourself. THANKS AGAIN. more

OUTSTANDING salesman 8/16/2010

My sales consultant Bob Rickelmann was exceedingly helpful in my purchase of my RX-8. He promptly met me at the door, arranged an immediate test drive, took me thru the particulars of the car. Worked up a fair sales price and arranged a shuttle so I could take same day delivery of the car. The next week he followed up with notification that the options I wanted installed were available. In Short an OUTSTANDING salesman, and a credit to Russel Mazda dealership. more

Melvin was one of the most knowledgable car salesmen I've encountered. He was very knowledgable of the mechanical and engineering features of the car, and explained them well. He was also not a high pressure salesman. more
