Cogburn's Service General has been wonderful. They keep after hours and come in on weekends. They helped me replace my total air conditioning unit, and they serviced it until it needed to be replaced. They are patient with me, and I trust them.
I have been using them for about 4 years. I had a brand new house but must have gotten a lemon air conditioner because I was having a lot of issues with it. They worked with me, and I never felt that they were trying to rip me off like typical companies.
I purchased my new air conditioning unit through Cogburn's, and it is awesome. They are all about their customers, and are very customer-centric.
