I walked into Shri about six months ago willing to try any alternative to medication for a sleep disorder I have been struggling with. I knew very, very little about yoga at that time. I have a very stressful job mentally and I push my body hard physically. I was mentally and physically tense and had a hard time relaxing. Since I have been involved at Shri not only is my sleep and my ability to relax improving but, my attitude and my overall health (mental & physical) are improving. The staff members are wonderful and knowledgable. The atmosphere is peaceful and energizing. I thank everyone who made Shri possible. I recommend this studio to people who already practice and especially anyone who feels intimidated about trying yoga for the first time.
