I never had a consistent yoga routine until I started going to Shri Studio. The yoga instructors at Shri are very good at tailoring each class to the needs of the individual students. There is also a good variety of classes. Some classes have music, some have inspirational themes. Some classes are an hour long, to fit with a busy schedule. Some classes are an hour and a half, so you get to have a more complete practice with longer savasana. Since starting 6 months ago, I?ve seen improvements in my flexibility, breathing, sleeping, mental focus, stress levels, and mood. The large size of the studio and the hardwood floors also make the classes feel clean and spacious, so you never feel squeezed in? Great place for a beginner to give yoga a try!
