I've used comcast over the last year and have had to get used to slow Internet, especially at busy times in the evening. Being that it is such a huge company, it takes a lot of time on the phone to get to the right person to get the help you need. It literally took hrs and 15+ phone transfers to simply cancel my existing service and start up new service at my new home. more
