This has been the worst experience I have ever had getting my hair cut. After reading the previous reviews, I was excited to have booked with Sarah because she seemed so well liked. From the moment i walked in to the time i left it was HORRIBLE. Sarah was extremely abrasive and had terrible customer service. I got the feeling that I was the biggest waste of her time. She hardly listened to my suggestions of what to do and was very aggesive with my hair with all the unnecessary tugging and pulling. I have thin straight hair which should not have been difficult to work with. I walk away with an average haircut but in complete tears. I have never been treated so horribly in my entire life.
