Two stars because the sound system was great. Everything else aweful. 17 theaters upstairs and two down. Most of the workers were downstairs. Hallway garbages overflowing. Bathroom garbages overflowing with paper towels all over the floor. Hand dryers broken. Paper towels empty. The movie previews start and simultaneously the trivia loop is showing. Took multiple visits to John the manager to get the previews fixed and it was quite obvious he was satisfied with their operation. The movie started and the lights stayed on requiring additional visits to the young manager. The concession stand workers were all standing around talking and it took a couple of minutes for one to come to the register for an order at which time they said they were out of Milk Duds as well as two other candies. The theater said now seating yet we walked in and were booted out rudely so they could clean but the theater was anything but clean when we got in there. At least it was expensive!
