I was hesitant to start boot camp when I first heard about it. I didn?t think I?d ever be the person to get up earlier than I had to for the sake of exercise. I was nervous about the work out and the commitment. But I am SO glad I invested in this program (and in myself). Boot camp has provided so many benefits to my life including, but not limited to, a regular strenuous work out, more commitment to my diet and nutrition goals, a sense of community with the group and invaluable support from Emily, the trainer of Fit Body Boot Camp.
