Perhaps the WORSE customer service I've ever received. These guys have NO people skills at all. The manager of the store, Craig Washington, physically threatened me and dropped the ""F"" bomb on me several times this morning when I expressed my dissatisfaction with their service. One of their techs, Ben, told me ""I don't care"" when I tried to express my dissatisfaction. Needless to say the conversation escalated from there. He then proceeded to perform an unauthorized repair on my 17"" powerbook pro he called ""COMPLETELY TABOO"" and something ""we are not suppose to do"". I wouldn't recommend DayStar Technologies even if someone put a gun to my head.
