Initially we were very pleased with the attention and customer service we were given when purchasing a pellet stove. Once money was paid it was a whole different story. Stove was installed without a permit. We ended up paying double for a permit due to his negligence. (According to town official, Creative Fireplace is no longer allowed to install anything in our town.) They installed our stove, gave us the wrong manual, gave a brief overview and left. ($400 to install). When we would go in to get our ""free"" ton of pellets, they barely made eye contact and were extremely unfriendly. They close their shop in March for vacation and we have found them to be closed when they should be open according to their posted store hours... I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN, and highly recommend going elsewhere! more
