I started using Tim's German Auto in about 2005 because I had just bought a home in Fortworth and my daughter and I both had Volkswagens. They have been efficient, timely, and very responsible about following up. They just provide really great customer care and their mechanics have been perfect.
I am a graduate automotive engineer, and the thing I really like about Tim's German Auto is that they are not afraid to tell you when something is over their heads. They will tell you when they do not know something and then they will look into it. I admire them more than any shop I have ever dealt with. They are great people.
