I started using Tim's German Auto in about 2005 because I had just bought a home in Fortworth and my daughter and I both had Volkswagens. They have been efficient, timely, and very responsible about following up. They just provide really great customer care and their mechanics have been perfect. I am a graduate automotive engineer, and the thing I really like about Tim's German Auto is that they are not afraid to tell you when something is over their heads. They will tell you when they do not know something and then they will look into it. I admire them more than any shop I have ever dealt with. They are great people. Michael Jones more

Tim's German Auto is always there with the experience and knowhow to provide the service that I need. 10/28/2010

I have known Tim and Pat for about 30 years, and they have been working on my cars for about the past 25. They have alway taken care of me when I needed something taken care of, and they have bailed me out when I need to be bailed out. When I need help deciding what to do, they help me decide. They know what they are doing and stand behind their work. They are especially good with old Volkswagens. At the old Volkswagen club a lot of people use them. They work on my 2006 Volkswagen and my 1959 Volkswagen, so they cover all those years. I have 5 old Volkswagen and 2 new ones, and they work on them all. more
