After 4 long years, enough is enough. I am completely worn out w/ unpredictable monthly charges, promotions with abrupt endings, gotcha charges, done w/ it!....I switched to Dish network - so far great customer service and reception w/ HD recording on 2 TV's for less than $35/mo...yep I got the 100 channel pkg - and that's enough TV to meet my needs. I can record on one TV and watch the recording on the other one...I like that...all for less than $35 including taxes!.. Your prices are too dang HIGH...Good Bye.
