They have installed a Trane 95% gas furnace. The exhaust PVC pipe and the intake PVC pipe have been installed in 1 of the 3 chimney flues which gives the best solution for the exhaust air and reduce the pipes in the basement. In addition, they have installed a chimney linear for my existing gas water heater in the another chimney flue.
