Do not let this company in your home. They will not take responsibility for any damage that they cause. They installed a furnace, through the weatherization program, in my home 5 months after I bought it. They showed up at my home at 7:30 am on a Monday, without an appointment, beating on my door for 45 minutes until my neighbor called me. I had to ask them to leave and make a proper appointment. My whole house humidifier worked well until they destroyed it, left the chimney cap hanging off and as I found from 2 other companies left many other problems. I notified Central Heating in Dec. about the humidifier and chimney cap being off and expressed how it caused problems with my 3 yr old daughter sleeping in her room because of the noise. I was repeatedly asked to give them 2 weeks to get to me because they had customers without heat. We were promised that they would fix things.
