Have tried using this store over the last couple weeks. Generally the staff is unresponsive and lacks good customer service skills. Made my last trip there today, needed to ship some art prints ground. Long story short the rep told me with the box and ground shipping it would cost me $100 to ship 3 pieces of paper 150 miles! I went down the street to the UPS Store, they were pleasant, helpful and shipped my prints for a total of $18 including the price of the box. I will never shop at the FEDEX office in Oak Lawn again.
