Have tried using this store over the last couple weeks. Generally the staff is unresponsive and lacks good customer service skills. Made my last trip there today, needed to ship some art prints ground. Long story short the rep told me with the box and ground shipping it would cost me $100 to ship 3 pieces of paper 150 miles! I went down the street to the UPS Store, they were pleasant, helpful and shipped my prints for a total of $18 including the price of the box. I will never shop at the FEDEX office in Oak Lawn again. more

FEDEX WORST STORE 7/12/2010

This is by far the worst fedex store i ever seen. the representives are rude especially that mexican looking guy with big ears. Customer service is very very bad, went there 3 times, copier jammed 3x took my money didnt get a refund after 20 minutes of waiting.i wouldn't recommend this store besides the fact they have very rude people working there. Cons: BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, RUDE REPRESENTATIVES more
