On the Go came high recommended to me by a friend who had taken his car there several times. So when my blinker stopped working intermittently, I called and talked with one of the mechanics. We talked about what the problem could be and they got me in the very next day. When I got my car back home, the blinker stopped working again a day later. I called and talked again with the mechanic, asking if they could figure out what was wrong this time. I made another appointment and took my car in again. I asked if I could get a price break or reduction because their work had not fixed the problem with my car. Because they had replaced a part, they were not willing to give me a refund or discount. I tried to be more assertive but they would not budge. I was out $270 for work that didn't fix my car. Thankfully, on the second trip, the car was fixed.
