I decided to return to Christies after I was pleased with my first haircut. While leaving after my first visit, I saw a woman yelling at the receptionists causing an uncomfortable scene. I figured she was a dissatisfied customer having a bad visit. When I returned, I was pleased with the haircut and I found the staff very welcoming and professional as I did the first time. However, I must say that I was completely appalled with the behavior of the woman I saw in my previous visit yet again. I asked the hairdresser who was the lady screaming across the store at the employees infront of all the customers, and to my surprise I was informed that it was the owner< Lois Christie. I found it extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to the employees as well as the clients. I asked the hairdresser if this was typical behavior and she chose not to answer but rolled her eyes. How can someone reach such success with such disrespect to others? The words coming out of her mouth made me feel uncomfortable as I'm sure it did to other customers. I loved my haircut but I will not be returning to Christies. I refuse to pay close to $75 for a haircut while hearing some crazy woman screaming who obviously seems to need anger management.
