I had a maintenance check up today under a service contract. It is a fairly new HVAC unit – installed in 2008 & I’ve had it serviced a number of times since then. Today’s technician, Mark, did an outstanding job…including a ‘spic n span’ cleaning and he eliminated a metallic rattle in the ductwork that has probably been there for the past 15 years. He represented Horizon in an exceptional manner. Thought you’d like to know.
