Pros ? very impressive paperless office. Very impressive technology.
Cons ? these guys are pedigree robbers, they use scare mongering techniques to freak you out into getting all sorts of things done. They will use the ?You have Periodontal disease? line on you, fact is most people have some form of periodontal disease, not a huge deal it really depends. They wanted to use laser technology to kill all the bacteria in my mouth said it would cost me $500 not covered by insurance. Also they are great at looking at what your insurance will cover and work back from that point on to tell you what all you need done. They even went so far to indicate that if I did not use it I would lose the benefit for the year and it would be prudent to use it all! We move frequently and given that I care about dental health I have visited many dentists all over the US, these guys are supremely expensive and scare you into getting things done that are not necessary. A good friend of mine is a dentist and I shared with him the list of procedures they wanted to have me do and he told me they were royally scamming me. I was there for a good 2.5 hrs! avoid these guys!!!!
