Ditto, Ditto, Ditto. Everything the previous 2 posters wrote is spot on correct! Going to the dentist never bothered me, but just the thought of walking into that office infuriates me. I always feel like I'm being upsold. I don't trust them. I had an appointment yesterday and they also told me I have to have a laser treatment that would cost $600 that insurance won't cover, but if I wanted to do just the antibiotic treatment that is only $300. REALLY? Why is it that what I happen to need is never covered by insurance?! When you tell them you can't afford that right now, they try to get you to open a credit card!! They are only interested in how much $$$ they can milk you for!!! more

Cons ? these guys are pedigree robbers, they use scare mongering techniques to freak you out into getting all sorts of things done. They will use the ?You have Periodontal disease? line on you, fact is most people have some form of periodontal disease, not a huge deal it really depends. They wanted to use laser technology to kill all the bacteria in my mouth said it would cost me $500 not covered by insurance. Also they are great at looking at what your insurance will cover and work back from that point on to tell you what all you need done. They even went so far to indicate that if I did not use it I would lose the benefit for the year and it would be prudent to use it all! We move frequently and given that I care about dental health I have visited many dentists all over the US, these guys are supremely expensive and scare you into getting things done that are not necessary. A good friend of mine is a dentist and I shared with him the list of procedures they wanted to have me do and he told me they were royally scamming me. I was there for a good 2.5 hrs! avoid these guys!!!! more

I spent a lot of time waiting for them before xrays, after xrays, and in the exam/cleaning room. I arrived at 5:05 and left after 7pm. Pros: very nice, clean office, and new technology Cons: waiting time and a "special" that was too good to be true more

I spent a lot of time waiting for them before xrays, after xrays, and in the exam/cleaning room. I arrived at 5:05 and left after 7pm. After the shortest examination I've ever had, pre-teeth cleaning, I was told I had periodontitis and had to have a deep, scraping cleaning under the gum - at the base of the tooth and on the roots. All total I was now look at a $1000 - $2000 bill, instead of the $40 xray/exam/cleaning special. I was told they could no longer give me a general cleaning. I had to pay $40 even though I did not receive the full special. Another dentist has since said I'm fine. I do not recommend this place at all.
