I've bought tire at BJs and had great experience but lately (2010) it is really a poor experience. The Monro manager is rude and makes it perfectly clear I did not buy tires from him but from BJs and the BJs tire guy did not say one word to me... he just stood there with a blank look on his face. \r

I just spent $400 on a set of tires for my wife's Honda and the new tires have a foul odor that stunk up the garage and the house. My wife drove to Greenville and the car shook bad so I took back and they re-balanced tires but broke a lug nut and I have to take back today for them to fix. \r

Overall I would give this site a negative star if possible and I am done dealing with BJs and Monro... I just hope they will stand behind my tire purchase and make it right.
