THE BEST AUTO SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD IN THE USA. THE WARRANTY ON MY SUV HAD JUST RAN OUT AND THE A/C QUIT WORKING. I WENT TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT TO HAVE THE PROBLEM FIXED. I EXPECTED A BILL FOR ABOUT $900 AND UP. TO MY SURPRISE MY SERVICE ADVISER CALLED ME AND SAID SHE HAD DISCUSSED THE MATTER WITH HER MANAGER WHO THEN CALLED THE MANUFACTURER FOR ASSISTANCE. HE SUCCEEDED IN GETTING MY AC REPAIRED FOR A $100 DEDUCTIBLE AND THE MANUFACTURER PAID THE DIFFERENCE WHICH WAS ABOUT $500. I WAS CALLED AND UPDATED BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY , MY SERVICE ADVISER EVEN SENT ME AN EMAIL OF THE ONGOING STATUS OF MY VEHICLE. I AM A DOCTOR AND I AM USUALLY VERY BUSY AND HARD TO REACH. BUT MY SERVICE ADVISER REACHED ME AND EVEN FOLLOWED UP TWO DAYS AFTER I HAD PICKED UP MY VEHICLE. BECAUSE OF THIS SERVICE I WENT AND PURCHASED A NEW SUV FOR MY WIFE. I HAVE USED THIS DEALER EVER SINCE. THEIR SERVICE IS VERY COMMENDABLE.
